Introduction:

Brambles Physiotherapy is founded and run by Julia Paddington BSc, MCSP, SRP with 20+ years of clinical experience and expertise specialising in Neuro Rehabilitation, enabling me to treat and advise on the management of common neurological disorders, such as MS, Parkinson's or Stroke, including balance and gait disorders.

I have also completed Postgraduate study in Orthopaedic Medicine which enables me to treat a wide range of common musculoskeletal disorders at specialist level above the normal scope of practise.

Other areas of clinical expertise include the management and treatment of vestibular dysfunction which often go untreated and result in balance and gait disorders and mobility problems.

Brambles has an excellent treatment room with good access, facilities to include rehab and exercise .

Domiciliary service may be available within 10 miles of Ferndown.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Fit Back & Bumps is an Ante Natal & Post Natal Educational Exercise Programme, run only by Chartered Physiotherapists. This is a 4 week course that brings new mums and mums to be together to share their experience.

This course will help you to:

Exercise safely during and after pregnancy.
Reduce aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
Reduce pelvic and back pain.
Prepare for labour and a smoother delivery.
Flatten your tummy after pregnancy.

Participants on the programme will receive a pack containing an educational booklet and excise cards so they can continue at home or at the gym.

Price: Course fee £85.
